Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between you and ManageToLearn for use of our platform. By creating an academy or an account, you accept them.

Agreement

By accessing or using ManageToLearn (the “Service”) you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind that organisation. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service

ManageToLearn provides white-label, multi-tenant academies for delivering courses, running cohorts, collecting assignment submissions, grading them with human evaluators, and issuing verifiable certificates. We may improve, change, or discontinue features, and will give reasonable notice of material changes that affect you.

Accounts and roles

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details, for the activity under your account, and for keeping your credentials secure. Access within an academy is governed by roles assigned by that academy's administrators. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service: no unlawful, infringing, or harmful content; no malware; no attempts to access another academy's data or to circumvent the isolation, security, or authentication of the platform; and no use that disrupts the Service for others. You are responsible for your learners' compliance within your academy.

Your content

You retain all rights to the content you and your users upload — courses, materials, submissions, and academy branding. You grant ManageToLearn a limited licence to host, store, process, and display that content solely to operate the Service for you. You are responsible for having the rights to the content you provide.

Fees and billing

Paid plans are priced per academy and billed in advance for the term shown at signup, where a free trial may apply. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or expressly stated at purchase. We may change pricing for future terms with notice; your current term keeps its rate.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and the ManageToLearn name and marks, belongs to ManageToLearn and its licensors. These Terms grant you no rights in them beyond the right to use the Service as permitted here.

Privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ManageToLearn will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost data or profits. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the Service in the twelve months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach of these Terms or to comply with law. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; data handling follows the Privacy Policy's retention terms.

Governing law and changes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. We may update these Terms as the Service evolves; material changes take effect on the new effective date above, and continued use means you accept them.
